Cutting materials with a laser can be hazardous. Materials containing chlorine and formaldehyde can produce poisonous gasses. Some materials, such as HDPE, can catch fire or just not yield great results. We use Universal Lasers and they have a great materials list and samples to get your brain juices flowing. You should be prepared to provide proof of your material and expect approval prior to Storrs producing your parts.
