Encompassing over 7,000 square feet, Storrs Fabrication Lab exists to inspire creative action through material and machine experimentation. We believe that students and faculty deserve a place where ideas can flourish and coursework and research can find a place in reality. Storrs Lab supports all users across a fully-equipped wood, metal, digital and composites facility. We aim to understand material performance, assemblies, construction techniques, and scales through the medium of fabrication.
